- Airline product knowledge, fleet, network, schedule, fares etc.
- Advance International Fares, ticketing and reservations
- Codeshares/SPAs/Interlining
- Air Ancillary : baggage, meals, seat feature and functions
- Inventory, Pricing and Reservations
- Servicing flow: Reissuance and Refund
