Defining and Execution of defined processes - focus on execution excellence - work closely with head - academics, head - design and training to define processes, revise processes and be solely responsible for execution of the defined processes. Execute standard operating procedures.

Execute appraisals for school leaders and teachers along with the core committee
Work closely with business teams to solve school problems since there is a dual reporting structure at the principal level
Manage academic operations
Provide inputs for training of academic teams
Work closely with HR, finance, IT to solve school problems since all aspects of the school are directly or indirectly related
Recruitment of principals, deans
Improve the teaching learning process in the schools
Increase the pass percentage and number of toppers in the schools
Conduct audit of schools on regular basis
Number of years of experience - 8-10 years
Qualifications - MBA with premier b school ( IIMs, XLRI, FMS, NMIMS, Symbiosis)
Experience in education industry in operations, product, sales and marketing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office esp. Excel and PPT
Good presentation skills
People management skills
Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage
