Goli Nutrition - Specialist - Vendor Management (3-7 yrs)
- Vendor Onboarding Forms:
- Fill out any onboarding vendor forms sent by distributors and retailers with the accurate information;
- Obtain necessary documents from other departments as required (i.e. W-8BEN, COI, ACH etc.);
- Work hand in hand with the legal team for all contract reviews and negotiate clauses according to recommendations from legal as well as insight from the sales team.
- Insurance:
- Manage the insurance policy and upgrade coverage as required;
- Obtain Certificates of Insurance upon request from distributors and retails and ensure such certificate meet the minimal requirements.
- Web Platforms:
- Register with web platforms as required by distributors or retailers;
- Such platforms include GS1, IX-One, One World Sync, Syndigo etc.
- Internal Documents
- Create UPC's, Barcodes and maintain the Goli Library.
