As the General Manager of Sourcing for Fabric, Trims, Purchase, and Logistics, you will play a strategic role in our organization's supply chain management. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a track record of stability and a minimum of 5 years of experience in each company, ensuring a strong commitment to roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing Management:

- Oversee the sourcing process for woven fabrics, trims, and yarns, with a specific focus on home textiles.

- Supplier Relationship:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric and trim suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality standards.

- Purchase Operations:

- Lead purchase operations, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Logistics Coordination:

- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of sourced materials.

- Supply Chain Optimization:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Quality Assurance:

- Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain stringent quality standards.

- Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

- Vendor Management:
