General Manager - Recovery - Paper/Pulp Industry

Looking for an overall responsibility in leading the team to achieve Company targets in Safety, Environment and production and focusing on workforce development to make future leaders. 

Budgeting & meeting the mill annual production budget, production cost by maintaining overall efficient and safe operation of Pulp mill & machine, steam, utilities, environment & Recovery, Wood-room.

Manager (Pulp, machine & Wood room) and Manager (Steam, Recovery & Recaust) reports to Production Manager. 

Safety is utmost priority. 

Human resources development and training is part of responsibility.
