GM - Legal - Manufacturing Company

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create contracts, including MSAs, NDAs and other relevant legal documents Participate in contract review and negotiation for contracts and SLAs, for customers, vendors and partners

- Track SLAs breaches and assist with response to and negotiations with customer Litigation support and management

- Interact with the Law firms /Senior counsels for handling the litigations and briefing them for the cases

- Conduct regular reviews of the assigned cases and update the management on developments

- Handling the litigations in various locations coordinating with the lawyers

- Appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, Appellate Tribunals and Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical issues as and when required

Business Enabler - Provide pragmatic and effective legal advice using to achieve business objectives.

Think Strategically - Be a strategic contributor by proactively sharing legal updates

Customer Focus - Participate in the development of transparent and legally sound processes, policies. Conduct risk reviews and develop procedures designed to reduce legal risk.

Relationship led - Develop trust and strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a well-recognized university is a must

- Experience in a Manufacturing firm preferred

- Relevant 15+ years of experience

- End-to-end contract management and commercial negotiations
