- You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information

- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.

- Internal Controls and Risk Management: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and policies.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify and address control weaknesses or non-compliance issues.
- Financial Operations Management: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, timely payments, and efficient cash flow management.
- Financial Strategy and Business Support: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies, long-term financial plans, and investment decisions.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations on business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and monitor budgets, track actual performance against budgeted targets, and analyze variances.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and provide guidance to stakeholders on budget management.
- Financial Forecasting and Cash Flow Management: Project and analyze cash flow requirements, ensuring adequate liquidity to support operational needs.
- Implement strategies to optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and minimize financial risks
- Team Management and Development: Lead and develop a finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and collaboration within the finance departmen.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluate, implement, and maintain financial systems, tools, and technologies to streamline financial operations, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy and integrity.
