Finance Controller - Internet/eCommerce

Work closely with founders on various aspects related to business, operations, financials, and fundraising

- Financial reporting: Provide weekly/monthly financial and management information reports, including budget vs actual.

- Responsible for accounting and financial systems, 100% statutory compliances, and accurate bookkeeping. Monitor the preparation and maintenance of ledgers

- Taxation and audits: Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation. Liaise with external, internal, and statutory auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of financials

- ERP implementation: Initiate and oversee the complete ERP implementation with SAP/Navision/Oracle, etc based on the right solution for company level requirements

- Treasury management - Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions and return from the investment of idle funds

- A primary point of contact for banking relationships - Strike alliances with leading banking and financial institutions for Nodal account operations, marketplace operations, etc

- Manage due-diligence, and funding related documentation for large fundraising events

- Prepare exhaustive MIS reports to be shared with the board
