Finance & Accounts Manager

- Interact and coordinate with the bankers for Term Loans, FCNR(B) Loan, working capital limits and submission of reports to banks as per schedule.

- Finalization of annual accounts in accordance with the stipulated accounting standards issued by the ICAI and Company Law

- Entrusted with the responsibility of handling functions pertaining day to day maintenance of Accounts & Finance
- Department including Pay Roll.

- Taking care of Income Tax Appeals, Refunds, Regulars Assessments and Tax Audits

- Managing various MIS reports of group companies

- Taking care of Sales Tax Appeals & Regular Assessments including VAT

- Coordination with Internal and Statutory Auditors to ensuring the best compliance with all statutory provisions and compiling the audits within the time frame.

Inter CA or CWA with 8+ years of experience

Age: 35-40 years

Salary: Rs. 7.0 - 8.0 L pa
