Executive Assistant - Director
Strategic Advisory:
- Engage with Director HR for open-minded exploration of ideas, brainstorming on innovative and emerging HR models and discussing unconventional and bold suggestions.
- Be an enthusiast and challenge assumptions constructively & ask probing questions to elicit insightful perspectives.
- Serve as the Director's trusted advisor, translating all relevant business data into clear, concise, and objective insights that drive strategic HR decision-making.
- Create high quality and impactful presentations for various reviews with the Board, CEO, Leadership Teams, employee town halls and other meetings.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR priorities, progress on strategic levers, & operational metrics to support business decision-making processes.
Operational Support:
- Plan and coordinate HR Leadership meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all arrangements are seamless and efficient.
- Set up and attend periodic HR Review meetings alongside the Director, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) to HR Leadership team members & relevant stakeholders from COE & HRBP teams.
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met with quality output as per expectations.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring easy access.
- Assist the Director with all relevant external communication toolkits like media releases, articles, presentations etc.
Market Insights & Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market movements, and key business enablers relevant to the media landscape.
- Monitor emerging trends in the Human Resources function, such as the rise of Employee Wellbeing
- Focus, concepts like Total Rewards and advancements in HR technology, while exploring innovative models that can lead to significant improvement in HR productivity.
- Assist in formulating strategic initiatives and HR plans based on business trend & market dynamics.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights on future opportunities, potential threats, and new ways of working.
External Engagements:
- Accompany the Director to external meetings, industry events, and conferences, from time to time as required.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Internal Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the Director HR and HRBP Heads, COE Heads, Personnel Head ensuring clear and effective communication to align on goals & expectations.
- Identify and address any bottlenecks or obstacles that may hinder the progress of HR deliverables and initiatives.
- Work proactively to facilitate smooth operations and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, providing support and solutions to teams as needed.
Education-MBA from Tier 1 Campus, specialization in Human Resource Management
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience working in large sized firm in India.
- Prior experience in working as an Executive Assistant to CHRO or CHRO-1 would be preferable.
- Experience working across multiple HR verticals.
