- Executing and improving the transaction processes and compliance framework.

- Coordination and review of appropriate lease/contract related documents.

- Analyze and implement use of technology and automation for portfolio performance.

- Understanding of RE compliances/legal framework

- Strong Client Relationship management

- Engage with all stakeholders to risk-manage all existing and future transactions
