Job Description :

- Drives recruitment strategy for Technical and Non Technical recruitment in India.

- Should be hands on with focus on Technical hiring.

- Developing and delivering innovative talent acquisition strategies.

- Managing key stakeholder relationships and strategize to attract the best talent.

- Delivering to recruiting targets set across various line of business.

- Effectively handle 80 - 100 hires per month.

- Competency Mapping and develop Assessment and selection methodologies

- Managing supplier relationships, budgets and compliances.

- Employer Branding - Build and execute plans to increase the visibility of the organization

- Partner with business leaders in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs, and formulate recruiting strategy and solutions.
