Director/Senior Director - Business Development - Real Estate/IPC

- Strong Sales experience within Corporate Real Estate / International Property Consultant environment

- Should have experience in selling solutions related to Internal Fit-out projects.

- Front ending client-interface, proposal development, bid clarifications and presentations.

- Having worked within a Corporate Real Estate environment, experience of strategic sales, business development and client relationship management.

- Strong in Client Relationship management

- Ability to convert RFP into final deals.

- Lead Sales pitches end to end independently and influenced corporate decision makers in the management and deployment of their property portfolio.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Candidates having strong experience in end to end Corporate internal fit out projects and keen to explore an option in sales will also be considered.
