Director - Change Management/Business Transformation - BPO

- 15 - 18 years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality

- 5 + years of exposure/ experience in at least one segment of the financial services industry - cap markets, insurance, banking, or KYC

- 12+ years of overall experience in consulting

- Help in strategy consultancy to clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities

- Should have a deep understanding of capital markets operation and application of automation, AI and business excellence toolkit and assets

- Analyse and understand industry macro trends and its implications marketplace and client processes

- In-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Services field including operations and risk associated with industry

- Assess company's financial status and analyse investment plans

- Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability; review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement
