- Arranging Working capital, Project Finances from Banks / Financial Institutions to meet Senior Officials of Banks / F.Is for resolutions on pending / disputed matters.

- Coordinating with ROC / Company Secretary for compliance of Corporate Law matters

- Manage the Internal Audit Team and optimize their services to Companies.

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or Cost Accountant
