Job Responsibilities:
- Will be actively working with the Group HR Head, Team, and Business Heads to formulate and Implement HR Policies and to provide timely solutions on people matters.
- Lead the complete Talent Management, Talent Development, Performance Management, and Engagement Strategy for the most critical employee base.
- Improving organizational structure and culture, providing change leadership, talent management, and supporting day-to-day operations as well as ongoing process improvement.
- Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of Business.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, engagement, performance, and retention strategies.
- Employee Lifecycle: Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exit.
- Performance Management System / KPAs / Goal Setting
- Working closely with CoE on all discussions with stakeholders
- Grievance Handling /Conduct people surveys etc.
Experience: 15 years+
