Deputy Manager - Payroll & operations Role - Payroll & Operations - Human Resources Designation- Deputy Manager Reporting To : CHRO Team : 2 Location: Mohali , Punjab Job Description/Technical Competency : - To handle Reimbursement for all employees - Perform system upgrades - Preparation of Statutory report (PF, E.S.I, LWF, PT and TDS) - Coordinating and managing the entire payroll function - Updating and maintaining payroll records - Maintaining leave, sickness, incentive and overtime reports - Maintain complete employee records (personnel files) - Maintaining COP and updating policies and procedures whenever it changes - Filing of TDS Quarterly returns & also IT Filings - To process all tax documentation & calculation - Monitoring the company's HR systems as well as databases - Reviewing and approving/modifying budgets - Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to senior management - Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance - Implementation and maintenance of HRMS systems - Policy making and execution Job Specification : Qualification: MBA-HR (Regular) X & XII marks : Above 75% Years of Experience : 5-7 years Nature of Industry: Manufacturing Behavioral Skills : - Team management - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities - Proactive and organized approach - Good verbal and written communication skill
