About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager / Manager in Group HR. This individual contributor role is crucial for driving our HR initiatives forward and supporting our growth. Based in Delhi, the successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President of HR and play a pivotal role in reshaping our HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement organizational development (OD) and learning & development (L&D) strategies to support business objectives.

- Review, update, and maintain HR policies in alignment with current industry practices.

- Lead talent acquisition (TA) efforts to attract and retain top talent.

- Conduct industry benchmarking to ensure competitive HR practices and compensation.

- Write and publish articles on various HR topics, enhancing our visibility and positioning us as a thought leader in the HR domain.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in large companies, especially in corporate HR roles focusing on OD/L&D, HR policies, TA, and industry benchmarking.

- Strong command over the English language, with a preference for individuals who have contributed content or articles on various HR topics.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through to implementation.

- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualifications in HR would be an added advantage.
