Deputy Manager - IR & Admin
Role Summary:
a. Effective Worker Planning & Retention, Company Absenteeism (Workers), Disciplinary Actions (Termination, Data sharing, Awareness)
b. Recruitment of Workers, Supporting Induction and Onboarding of workers.
c. Ensuring adherence to all the statutory compliances by supervising team members.
d. Supporting Training and Development of workers.
f. Effective & seamless operation of PMS for workers (Promotion, Appraisal).
g. Ensuring effective Grievance management.
h. Contract labor management.
i. Worker Engagement & Welfare, R& R Execution, Committees and Town Hall.
j. Ensuring health and safety of workers with perspective of welfare measures.
k. Providing support to team members in carrying out day to day admin operations such as security, transportation, travel, canteen, gym, guest house & hotel stay, horticulture, housekeeping etc.
Education Qualification : MSW/MBA(HR/IR) from Reputed university
