Deputy Manager HR - Manufacturing Company

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recruiting : Plan and coordinate the multi-step recruitment and selection process

- Training and Development : Work with the leadership to develop and implement training processes and plans that drive operational excellence and functional/technical competence.

- Employee Relations : Advocate for employees through workforce relationships. Advise and coach managers on the resolution of employee inquiries and issues

- Affirmative Action : Develop and assemble all information and analysis

- Benefits : Assist in resolving issues for employees, Understand and interpret benefit policies and procedures. Provide assistance and interpretation of guidelines/policies as it relates to approved leaves of absence, parental leave and vacation/holidays

- Employee Programs : Coordinate and manage employee programs

- HR Data Integrity : Maintain HRIS data and audit-ready HR records, including candidate and master job files, leave files, medical files, training files, etc.

- Compensation : Support compensation processes including payroll, the quarterly bonus plan and annual wage surveys

- Workplace Initiatives : Support and lead a variety of projects and workplace initiatives

Qualifications :

- MBA (Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field)

- Minimum of 5+ to 10 years of Human Resources experience (Generalist, Staffing, Compensation, Employment Law, Training, Employee Relations, (HRIS)
