Job Title National Sales Manager.

Reports To: Managing Director


JD:


- Proficient in exploring potential business avenues for achieving increased business growth for agriculture products.


- Expertise in development & implementation of promotion plans and controlling communication for products including, above the line and below the line activities.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


1. Evolving market planning segmentation, Expansion strategies to achieve market share, width of distribution and reach of distribution.


2. Teaming, Training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure process efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets.


3. Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market.


4. Laisoning, Coordinating with Govt. Authority for compliance and new product permission.


5. Forecasting sales and demand generation activities, and DNM (Distribution Network Management) for various Territories and & Zones.


Skills: MS Office, Data Analysis & Interpretation.


Qualification: MSc Agri / MBA.
