Corporate HR Manager/Senior Manager - Manufacturing

Position: Corporate HR Manager /Sr Manager (Heading entire HR operations)

Location: Coimbatore

Industry: Manufacturing industry

Experience: 12 - 18 Years in corporate HR position as Manager

Education: 2 or 3 Tier B School - MBA in HR

Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensuring all HR Compliances are in place.

- Ensuring right talent is hired against all the vacancies.

- Building a strong work culture.

- Anchoring HR & OD processes of performance management, engagement and culture survey, people development.

- Organisation development initiatives / interventions like Employee Engagement, competency building and Team building

- HR Policy creation & administration: Will be responsible for driving policy implementation and designing policies as and where applicable based on the business need.

- Overall the role is a well-rounded generalist role providing avenues to the incumbent to learn the challenges of Line HR will also proving an opportunity to create and drive an OD agenda

- Prior experience in corporate HR role of any large manufacturing company will be preferred, and also handling manufacturing plant HR team will be added advantage.
