Corporate Development Role - IIT/IIM/CA/CFA

Job Description :

- Managing buy-side and sell-side conversations for the Desk and portfolio companies.

- Strategizing deals, market entry assessments, financial modelling, and business plan development.

- Creating presentations, reports, and collaterals for external communications.

- Identifying, evaluating, and fostering opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal.

- Guide founders and provide a follow-on investor's/buyer's perspective into each transaction based on insights from strategic engagement.

- Work with founders, investment team members and analysts to refine the collateral for each transaction.

- Collaborate with the Investment team to think about corporate development opportunities across the portfolio in a progressive and systematic fashion.

- Support select portfolio companies in their growth strategy through identification, assessment and execution of potential M&A, investments/ divestiture opportunities.

- Provide strategy and business development support to the portfolio when necessary.

Experience & Skills :

- 3+ years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, PE/VC in a similar role

- IIT/IIM or Ivy league education with CA/CFA and other relevant certifications

- Well-structured logical thinking and exceptional communication skills

- Strong financial modelling and business strategy skills

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with high ownership.

- Thorough understanding of fundraising, investor relations or managing large sized deals
