- Experience in managing initiatives and programs pertaining to L&D Content.
- Experience in instructional design and content development
- Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, training guides, job aids, videos, and other multimedia assets, using instructional design principles and adult learning best practices
- Develop content for Leadership and Management development programs.
- Formulate learning objectives; plan, design, and develop methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design, learning technologies, and adult learning methodologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance learning content.
- Create & develop new, innovative content in line with the organizational and employee development goals.
- Create content for behavioural and functional learning programs
- Create the overall framework of managing various learning programs content (functional, behavioural, and technical).
