Expert : Cost reduction - Operations Practice - Management Consulting Firm 

Client : A Premium Firm in Management Consulting

Practice : Basic materials

Designation : Advisor

Tenure : Initially 6 months. Can be renewed later basis of mutual understanding and project requirement.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work along with top management to identify areas for cost reduction

- Run idea generation session with client teams

- Work along with clients to see through end to end implementation

- Right intervention with the frontline team to ensure adoption of aligned ideas

Qualifications needed :

Education : Graduation + Post Graduation (MBA). Consulting background is preferred

Professional Attributes :

- Good problem-solving skills

- Experience running cost reduction programs

- Strong verbal and written skills
