Consultant - Auto manufacturing - TIER 1 Management Consulting Firm - Contract 6 Months

Client : A Premium Firm in Management Consulting

Practice: Automotives

Designation : Advisor/Consultant

Location : Travel to client-side

Tenure : Initially 6 months. Can be renewed later basis of mutual understanding and project requirement.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work along with top management to identify areas for cost reduction

- Run idea generation session with client teams

- Work along with clients to see through end to end implementation

- Right intervention with the frontline team to ensure adoption of aligned ideas-

- 3 to 5 years of manufacturing/shop floor experience

- Experience in project management and driving/implementing manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications needed :

Education : Graduation + Post Graduation (MBA).

- Consulting background is preferred
