Our Client require Qualified Company Secretary with 4-6 yrs. Experience for our client a Leading Garments Pvt ltd.

Position based at Lower Parel

Yarn dyeing, weaving, knitting, fabric dyeing, garment printing, finishing, machine and hand embroidery, garmenting, made-ups - a host of value-addition processes and brands.

Job Profile :-

- Preparing Presentation for Meetings.

- Accessing in amendments of Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of the Exchange.

- Making reports, presentation and formation of new policies and development for the department in Core Group Meeting in coordination with the regional centers of the Exchange.

- Development of System for the Department.

- Preparation of Board Notes, Disciplinary Action Committee Notes, Executive Management Committee Notes, Arbitration Committee Notes Etc.

- Handling Internal and External Audit

- Conducting ISO Meeting,

- Preparation of Agenda for ISO Meeting.

- Member of Core Group Committee of the Department.

- Arranging Video Conference meeting of Core Group Committee with Regional Centers of the Exchange.

- Appointment and Reappointment of Arbitration Panel and Investor Grievance Redressal Panel
