Community Manager - Internet / E Commerce
Job Description :
- The mission for this role is to develop strong relationships with company's top quartile learners and alumni and engage them in diverse set of programs offered by company
- Identify, develop inventory & manage records of company's top quartile learners & alumni
- Provide alumni stories every week & create a lead pool of alumni to on-board for referral programs
- Create a pool of 1000 Xperts in 3 quarters
- Organize online & offline hackathons & engage 100+ alumni
- Orchestrate an annual alumni offline engagement with 250+ attendees
- Create 10 high-value opportunities for top 50 alumni - speaker sessions, writing opportunities, award nominations, etc.
Candidate Profile :
- 3-6 years of experience managing partnerships, events & social media for communities
- Ability to develop deep interpersonal relationships with people
- Excellent written & spoken communication
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work independently, while adhering to timelines
