Chief Manager/Assistant Vice President - Credit Analyst
MBA/ CA degree from a reputed institute.
2-6 years of relevant experience in Stressed Asset Resolution business/ NBFC/ Bank, Investment banking / Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
ARC experience shall be preferable
Key Responsibility areas:
- Acquisition of new lucrative investment opportunities.
- Compliance of ARC related prudential guidelines prescribed by RBI.
- Investor/ Stakeholder relationship.
- Networking Skills for sourcing of business and resolution will be a plus
- Team Management (Applicable if assigned a team member)
Job Specification:
- The incumbent should have strong networking in Banks/ Financial Institutions/ Funds/ PE/ NBFC.
- Good Analytical and Market knowledge of BFSI/ NPA/ Stress Asset Management.
- Well versed with Regulatory Aspects of stressed asset management.
- Should be able to draft Acquisition Proposals/ Notes & successfully close the acquisition deals along with data management.

- Should demonstrate commitment to organizational growth. Should have ability to work in cross- functional teams.
- A proactive approach to organizational issues with ability to resolve issues, communicate with all levels of management, fall in team/s and work in a fast-paced environment in a time-bound manner.
- Ability to have structured thinking & timely meeting the deliverables.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office/ Excel/ Presentation skills.
- Analytical bent of mind, ability to work, credit appraisal notes with turnaround time, financial model, good understanding of business, good presentation skills.
