Chief Digitalization Officer Client : One of the Largest Steel Manufacturing Companies in GCC region Job Location : Oman Ideal Candidate : - Relevant experience in Steel/Metal/Heavy Industries (Manufacturing) - Currently working as N or N-1 in the organization driving Digitization efforts Job Purpose : - The role of a Chief Digitization Officer (CDO) would typically involve leading and overseeing an organization's digital transformation efforts. - The CDO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to leverage digital technologies and processes to enhance the organization's operations, improve customer experience, and drive innovation. Job Description : 1. Digital Strategy Development: The CDO will work closely with the executive team to define the organization's digital vision and strategy. This involves understanding market trends, assessing the impact of emerging technologies viz. AI, IOT, and identifying opportunities for digital initiatives. 2. Digital Transformation Leadership: The CDO will lead the digital transformation efforts across various departments and functions of the organization. This includes driving cultural change, promoting digital literacy, and fostering a digital-first mindset throughout the organization. 3. Technology Evaluation and Implementation: The CDO will be responsible for assessing different technologies, platforms, and solutions to identify the ones that align with the organization's digital strategy and oversee the implementation of digital tools and systems, ensuring their successful integration into existing processes. 4.
