Tasked with bringing profitable business opportunities to Ceragon by translating customer needs and technological opportunities into detailed techno-commercial proposals and solutions.

Will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end techno-commercial solutions for customers.

Responsibilities :

- Pre-Sales/Sales :

- Develop novel customer-tailored end-to-end technical solutions according to customer needs

- RFP Responses, writing techno commercial proposals & documentation according to the RFP requirements

- Bid management, well versed with government e tendering processes

- Previous experience in CRM packages like Salesforce

- Gathering requirements and specifications from clients and users, working closely with pre-sales team/ HQ solution architect to propose a techno-commercially viable solution to the end client

- Defining features, phases, and solution requirements

- Evaluation, verification and homologation if required, as well as selection of technologies and vendors such as packet-switched networking, optical fiber networks, microwave-based access networks, Last Mile based on LTE or Point to Multipoint technologies

- Customize technical presentations and proposals

- Interact with multiple functions to prepare techno-commercial solution : R&D, Product Management, Pre-Sale, Planning & Design team, third party companies

Requirements :

- Degree/Diploma/Masters in Electronics / Communication / Computer Engineering

- Transmission/Telecommunication with 10+ years of experience in similar role in the following :

a. Telecommunications transport equipment and the services / protocols used for each one (i.e. IP / MPLS Routers, DWDM, SDH, Ethernet, TDM, etc.)

b. Microwave-based Access Network including aggregation and data distribution

c. Last Mile based on LTE technology and/or Point-to-Multipoint

d. Networking, IP Planning

e. High Level Design based on state-of-the-art telecommunications technologies

f. Optical and mobile backhaul technologies such as SDH, DWDM, ROADM (OTN), ASON

g. RAN knowledge (2G/3G/4G network architecture)

- Superior communication skills and experience in interfacing with government customers, Large System Integrators & Value Added Resellers

- Ability to quickly engage in projects, work in fast-paced environment, and multi-task

- Creativity / Innovation: Ability to develop new and unique ways to improve the operations of the organization and to create new opportunities

- Encourage teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and solve problems

- Organization: Ability to monitor progress towards objectives and track details / data / information / activities

- Find Solutions: Ability to evaluate through collecting and processing relevant information technologies to generate possible solutions and make recommendations

- Fluent in English
