Job Description :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to help introduce customers to this category; identify and maximize cross-interaction where businesses overlap
- Create compelling content for key products, in alignment with the brands to build credibility for the claims, including researches jointly with the brand
- Plan, coordinate and execute email campaigns and merchandising initiatives testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, presentation, and identifying those which drive the greatest increase in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth for our private label products
- Establish and create a world-class destination for products, including homepage(s), browse structures, search indexes, promotional and merchandising strategies; think big on ways to leverage customer ratings, FAQs, Media, etc.
- Develop programs to drive referral marketing .
- Report on referral program performance and continue to optimize growth.
- Oversee expansion of all initiatives, including launching new tests and initiatives to increase program awareness and advocacy.
- Drive the marketing of all referral programs. Orchestrate emailer and content campaigns that translate to sales. Effectively collaborate with writers & designers to execute the same.
- Define processes to tie in attributions for all offline mechanisms of driving the referral business.
- Conduct trainings with teams driving offline referral programs & improve their efficiency and business impact.
- Owning all key traffic drivers (such as email marketing) for the category, and working as a category advocate with central traffic teams
- Conducting in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives
- Use varied methods such as audio, video, forums, blogs to extend awareness
- Be a passionate advocate for customers and help ensure a thorough and intuitive user experience
- Help define and develop tools for scale and automation
