Job Description :
Responsible for entire category P&L and operations
- Formulating and executing strategies that successfully achieve revenue and profit goals across existing and new product lines consistent with the strategic plan
- Ensuring seamless internal and external business operations with multifunctional team collaboration to keep the customer experience and PnL in check
- Evaluating new and existing key accounts, sales efforts, that result in the achievement of high growth in different markets
- Ensuring Distribution network expansion and penetration, maintaining good business relations with key buyers, suppliers
- Experience with business development, incubating new business, business models, business planning
- Continuously evaluate new initiatives like lower TATs, lower MoQs and execute them to offer to the assigned key accounts
- Manage a team of 5-10 Key Account Managers, Supply and Design Team
Requirements :
- Must have 3-8 years of experience
- Hands-on operations experience with a multifunctional team
- Must have 1-2 years of experience with category level PnL role preferably in B2B, start-up, and fashion experience with a team of 3-5 people
- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential in tech-first company
- Creative, analytical thinker, and fast learner - Strong business acumen, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value
- Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people
- Obsessed with customer experience and success
