Job Profile:

- To need to develop samples for all customers season wise

- To Increase the Account Share

- To update Merchandisers on Trends.

- New sourcing of Fabrics, Raw Materials.

- Sample Program with complete details

- To develop new vendor (Apparel sourcing) relationships for direct supplies

- To initiate new business developments for sales, sourcing, and production,

- Need to have expertise in market and product knowledge to promote new business opportunities,

- Prepare strategic plans for order management improvements

- Fix the targets of performance for the Merchandising Managers.

- Monitor the order status regularly to ensure that the order management is handled as per the standards of order satisfaction till it is handed over to production planning

- Ensure that the sampling department is developing samples within the time schedules given by the buyer

- Review the pricing of the order based on applicable costs and coordinate with the buyer for pricing decisions

- Review the performance of the merchandisers against the performance indicators

- To monitor T&A chart for Effective implementation of buyer requirements.

- To maintain order status and planning targets on each Buyers.
