About the role

New Customer acquisition: Planning and implementation of all High Net Worth customer acquisition programs

Key Customer Relationship Management: Managing Emerging affluent / HNI clients and cater to their financial requirements. Provide them with Investment products & Services basics of their goals/ objectives and risk appetite and increase their wallet share with the company

Team Handling: Leading a result oriented team, managing team recruitment and retention

Ensuring Profitability: Ensure achievement of overall Region Targets by generating business and cross sales of all Investment product offerings

Salary Bracket: NO Limit - Can be discussed

Incentive Scheme:

Incentive scheme which is revenue linked, Payout for the same is on quarterly basis
