Brand Head - Internet/ E commerce
Job Responsibilities :
- The development of the core brand elements like articulation of its positioning, language, value propositions etc.
- All the brand marketing efforts across various avenues as we try to scale and establish the brand & generate organic demand
- Building the social media footprint for this new brand
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Key Requirements :
- 10+ years of work experience in building & growing consumer brands
- Experience of working with an online commerce or a D2C brand
- Experience of driving the zero-to-one journey of a new brand is a plus
- Experience of working on brand high on imagery & customer experience is a plus
- Expert level knowledge of offline & online branding media
- Familiarity with digital & performance marketing channels
- A good team leader with demonstrated ability of building & leading branding, creative & social media teams
- Experience of collaborating with creative, media and advertising agencies
