Essential Domain Expertise Areas & Role & Responsibility:

- Should be able to do and deliver Commitments as follows:

1) Top Priority: Primary Role :

A) You should be able to Raise Funds in the shortest possible Tight timeline of 30 to 60 days immediately from Seed/ Early stage Investors and then later Year by Year serial fundraising from Investors in Growth Stages of Series A to D.

- He should be a Great Fundraising Hero with Strong, aggressive Prior serial Fundraising domain expertise and capability experience in the Startup world of Digital Health, AI Health, NextGen MedTech Healthcare Technologies, Hospital, and specialty Clinics Businesses from Indian or Global Individual/Institutional Investors, Single / Multiple Family Offices from the Early growth stage (Series A to Series E ) of a ticket size of 50 Million Dollars to 20 Billion dollars in next 5 Years. Strong capability in developing Investors Pitch Deck with attractive realistic financial modeling of double-digit Sustainable Development Growth with exponential Growth Profitable Year by Year. Proven Convertible Fundraising relationship directly with Investors in India or Globally.

B) Should develop a highly convincing highly intelligent and highly impressive Cap Table, a Best Favourable Terms sheet creation and company favorable Termsheet signing, High Capability in creating and convincing the Company Valuation to highest Possible Market Value in front of Investors.

- Strong in Financial Engineering and financial accounts management Capability to maintain Investor documents in line with Investors' requirements.

C) Should be Smart and Intelligent in Making the best possible Investment Transaction deal making and deal closing in our company's favor for a win-win deal closing with Investors peacefully.

2) Routine Work: Secondary Role;

After you have delivered successfully as the First Top Priority Deliverables.

Daily managing the company Accounts, company P & L, company Auditing, and Daily ledgers. employee salary development, Creating company financial Valuation, and maintaining a Highly profitable Balance Sheet.

4) Qualification: - B.Com with CA / CFA from reputed Institute.

5) Experience:

- 8-18 Years in Fundraising of 50 MUSD to 20 BUSD from Investors in Early Growth to Later Growth stage startup ( Series A to Series E ) preferably in the Tech Startup, Digital Health, AI Health space / E-commerce as a mandatory Primary Role.

- With 8 to 18 in the secondary role of a growing Tech Startup company(Digital Health, Private /Corporate Hospitals & Fast Growing MedTech Startup Companies) in Financial engineering, Accounts management, Govt and regulatory compliance & other routine roles as a CFO, AVP-Finance, GM-Finance, and Senior Finance / Account Manager.

The Designation/ Title will be decided depending on our 10 Points selection Parametric Criteria, given your Qualifications, relevant required Domain expertise, experience, and your written Commitment capability.

6) Job Location:

- At our new coming up Global HQ, Global Technology Development Center & Global R & D & AI Health Innovation Center, Delhi NCR, India.
