Essential Responsibilities:
- Primary task is the end to end management of hiring for the organisation
- Additionally, to complete the position related transactions initiated/requested by employees and respond to employee inquiries
- Completes all necessary transactions in HR system to achieve the desired outcome for position requests from the business unit leader/ recruiters etc
- Works directly with business unit leaders and finance teams on reconciliation of positions
- Running needed reports and follow-ups to ensure data accuracy and position controls remain intact.
- Complete HR related transactions/activities adhering to company policy and guidelines
- Process assigned work activities timely and accurately
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
- 2+ year of transacting in HR System is preferred
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
- Demonstrate active listening, probing and reading comprehension skills
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues with effective troubleshooting
- Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable to change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
