Battery Smart - Program Manager - Special Initiatives - IIT/IIM/ISB

Battery Smart ( www.batterysmart.in ) is India's largest and fastest-growing battery-swapping network for electric two and three-wheelers. The company is co-founded by serial entrepreneurs and IIT-Kanpur graduates, Pulkit Khurana and Siddharth Sikka, and targeting the $17b battery swapping market by 2025. Started in June 2020, Battery Smart has completed more than 3 Lac battery swaps and is on a mission to make the adoption of electric mobility simple, economical, and accessible.

Role :

- Ideate, originate, and lead strategic initiatives end-to-end

- Incubate and run pilots, leveraging digital/social marketing to build traction

- Own P&L for the new initiative, and develop a growth roadmap

- Define Goals/KPIs for the initiative, and track progress against goals

- Build cross-functional consensus and drive organizational implementation

- Own the BU as the business scales

Requirement :

- IIT / IIM / ISB graduate with 4-10 years of project/program management experience in a fintech startup

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Good understanding & knowledge of financial models, digital marketing & contracts

- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
