Battery Smart - Product Manager - Software

Responsibilities:

1. Own and drive end to end product strategy and growth for one or more existing product verticals at Battery Smart

2. Designing intuitive and experiential product solutions and taking end-to-end ownership of new product development

3. Understanding user requirements and identification of current lacunas in the existing products

4. Planning the roadmap of product development in close coordination with the engineering team

5. Prioritizing the implementation taking into consideration user needs and the available resources

6. Keeping user experience at the forefront throughout the product life cycle

7. Liaising closely with the top management to ensure that the product fulfil the larger business objectives

8. Working closely with engineering, marketing, operations and customer experience team to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved

Desired Experience:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and managing software products, product strategy, product conceptualization, testing, and product lifecycle management

2. Passionate to build data-driven products from scratch, with the focus on user experience

3. Experience of working in Start-up environment is preferable

4. Domain knowledge - Understanding of Electric Vehicle battery swapping technologies and IoT devices would be an added advantage
