Responsibilities:
- To understand and relay the marketing requirements of the field operations team
- Coordination with the design team to get collateral ready for ground installation
- Creating and maintaining budgets for various offline marketing activities
- Assist in creating master plan of marketing/demand creation activities
- Monitor and oversee the inventory of collateral
- Ensure fast and efficient management of field activities by constantly engaging with and supporting cross functional teams
- Plan, create and execute strategic communication plans in compliance with the brand
- Collaborate cross functionally and with leadership to ensure consistency and brand strategy with comms
- Provide inputs about the efficacy of activities conducted on ground and design of new activities as and when required
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in managing offline marketing operations of a high growth organization
- Excellent record of communications planning and execution
- Ability to coordinated seamlessly with cross functional teams
- Prior experience in budgeting/planning online/offline marketing activities
- Effectively maintain and source inventory of collateral
- Proven experience in vendor management
- Eye for detail, prior experience in running successful on field campaigns
- Comfortable handling ambiguous work environment
- Bias for action and inter team seamless communication
