Manager - Field Operations

Role :

- Effectively manages team members, including technicians and field executives; to ensure team objectives and operation goals are being carried out. Displays extensive working knowledge of EV industry standards and practices.

- Assists with or performs Operation tasks close all the tickets within TAT. Monitors Driver and Partner escalation to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues.

- Sets up and maintains service FO(Hub), including managing team members, OEM and evaluating efficiency & downtime.

- Create and maintain inventory flow and Daily MIS reports for all Hubs. Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls specific day-to-day operations.

- Coordinate with the cross-functional team for onboard new drivers & partner on the Battery Smart network.

- Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that maintenance and repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly for partner and drivers.

- Guide, lead, and support subordinates/Team member daily on issues if any associated with human resources, operations, communication, standardizing procedures, cash collection, inventory management & planning, systems applications, etc.

- Develop cost effective solutions in the current process.

Requirement :

- 3+ years of experience of relevant work experience and Bachelors in operations or related field.

- Preferably from auto, manufacturing, battery/inverter manufacturing companies, e-commerce, or EV Startups.

- Readiness to roll up sleeves and perform hands on interventions for ground operations.

- Prior experience in team and stakeholder management.

- Readiness to work in a highly ambiguous environment and bias for action.

- Cross functional coordination and communication.

- Data driven decision making, analytical bent of mind.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to perform in VUCA environment.
