Manager - Central Operations
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and enhance day-to-day business operations and key business matrices.
- Coordinate with the field operations team to implement operational/strategic initiatives and SOPs by developing work plans.
- Partner with team members to gather data, conduct business analysis, and identify solutions through effective communication and project management
- Responsible for end to end business management: planning, monitoring, creating dashboards & review/feedback mechanism
- Devising data-driven action plans to quickly solve escalations from field team/drivers/partners/Stakeholders
- Stakeholder management (such as Product teams, city operation teams, and business teams) would be a key requirement for the role. The role would be
responsible for end-to-end solution development and on-ground roll-out of the projects across the locations.
- Publish daily- weekly-monthly reports
Requirements :- 5+ years of experience in data-driven operations management
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience in team and stakeholder management
- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Readiness to work in a highly ambiguous environment and bias for action
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
