Responsibilities:
- Design, document, implement and monitor the overall effectiveness of the Quality Control, Safety & Training programs.
- Assure all locations are compliant with applicable laws, statutory regulations, and accepted practices for health, safety, and quality control.
- Evaluations of safety within field operations and assist with safety Management.
- Establish risk mitigation goals and develop metrics - dashboards to track, communicate, and drive progress.
- Perform root cause analysis and determine corrective actions.
- Provide frequent and detailed feedback on program/process enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in managing safety and compliance programs and leading the team.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Eye for detail, prior experience in running successful on-field campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
