Manager - Demand
Role :
- Developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and offline campaigns
- Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials
- Manage a team of field executives for lead generation and conducting direct marketing activities to promote the battery swapping concept
- Influencing and communicating product offers to customers (e-rickshaw drivers), prospects, and field executives demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills
- Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads
- Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
- Work with other team members to develop programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline
Requirement :- Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines with superb attention to detail.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in lead generation, offline marketing campaigns and managing field sales teams
- Must be willing to work from field office locations
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
