AVP/VP - Business Resourcing & Origination

- Origination of opportunities in distressed space and deploy capital in high yield credit

- Identifying and analyzing opportunities for possible investments/ distressed credit acquisition from Banks.

- Structuring the transaction to meet the covenants of security and serviceability of the proposed credit while simultaneously complying with the ARC regulations.

- Negotiating with the seller bank for pricing the financial asset and simultaneously negotiating the head of terms with the borrower for possible repayment plans.

- Appointing agencies for TEV studies, Valuation, Financial and Legal Due Diligence and analyzing their inputs for a credit call.

- Proactively leading the team for preparing the credit proposals for the Credit Committee.

- Post sanction activities - bidding, Assignment Agreement execution, disbursement, additional security creation etc.

- Restructuring, Resolution and Enforcement

- Execution of Restructuring agreement, close monitoring of accounts, appointment of cash-flow monitoring agencies and negotiation with Borrower for timely payments.

- Enforcement of security, attending CoC meetings for cases referred in NCLT, managing other creditors and devising an effective resolution plan.

- Distressed credit & special situations involving corporate banking, corporate advisory, investment banking, distressed M&A, insolvency & liquidation
