Associate – Accounts,Finance & Taxation – Bangalore

Reporting to Mumbai CFO & Partner at Bangalore

Qualification - Chartered Accountants ( Must )

Salary Offered – Min 7.00 lacs - 12 lacs & Above

- Responsible for update book keeping, accounting and maintaining accuracy and efficacy

- Monitoring contracts with vendors for various supplies and services and authorsing payments as per contracts and policies of the firm

- Implementation of ERP

- Follow-up with partners/members for billing

- MIS Reporting including budget, monitoring performance etc

- Handling Banking and treasury functions

- Maintenance and updation of Fixed Assets Register and keeping track on insurance, AMC contracts etc

- Payroll processing

- Co-ordinating with other group offices

- Audit

- Co-ordinating with Statutory, internal and Government auditors

- Tax Compliances

- Income Tax: TDS Returns, Income Tax returns, Tax assessments etc

- Co-ordinating with consultant for pending or ongoing tax matters/disputes

- Service tax- payment, return

- Other Compliance :-

- Remitting Provident Fund

- Remitting Professional Tax

- Remitting LIC amount
