- Engineer and MBA from IIM / ISB - upto 2010 passout only

- Term sheet evaluation, contract negotiation and closure.

- Contract renegotiation for better terms, cash flow savings, new products and services etc.

- Identification of projects / opportunities for cost reductions and savings

- Lead the lease management function, long term lease.

- Maintain strong relationships with the financiers/lessors

- Evaluating leases to ensure compliance with the terms, conditions, dates, commercials, rents and other stipulations

- Reviewing and managing the letter of credit reconciliations

- Managing the claim reimbursements

- Existing contract management - ensuring compliance

- Good exposure to financial concepts.
