Associate Director - Direct Tax

- Qualification - CA only (Big4 organization only)

- Experience 9 - 14 yrs

- Person should have experience in Direct tax especially in the area of international tax, transfer pricing and BEPS initiative.

- The candidate must have good experience of handling contracts from tax prospective.

- The candidate must have experience of handling team size of 2 or 3 people.

- Should have working experience on P2P, O2C in finance in Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable etc. and also have knowledge in GST , Audit.

- Should have involved into international taxation and tax treaty matters

- Handle & review tax compliances of international locations

- Working on tax accounting (calculating ETR, Deferred tax etc.)
