AVP Brand - Retail Startup
Key Responsibilities :
- Integrate brand positioning and customer proposition in all communication and customer journey
- Campaigns to increase customer base in every part of the marketing funnel
- Drive Same Store Tickets Growth by execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies
- ROI of campaign - optimized media selection and budgets to achieve growth
- Cafe System overall targets achievement
- Research - Consumer Insights
- Understanding of consumer insights to drive positioning, new products and increased customer acquisition in specific segments
- Brand Awareness, Consideration, TOM. Attitudes and Barriers
- Drive additional revenue via new product launches
- Overall share of voice of brand, social media engagement and followers
- Cafe design, customer journey mapping and verbiage, creatives for in-store campaigns.
Key Requirements :
- 10+ years of work experience in building & growing consumer brands
- Experience of working with an online commerce or a D2C brand
- Experience of driving the zero-to-one journey of a new brand is a plus
- Experience of working on brand high on imagery & customer experience is a plus
- Expert level knowledge of offline & online branding media
- Familiarity with digital & performance marketing channels, even if he/she hasn't managed it directly in the past
- A good team leader with demonstrated ability of building & leading branding, creative & social media teams
- Experience of collaborating with creative, media and advertising agencies
